Condiciones generales

La confirmación y el envío de un pedido por parte de un cliente (entendiéndose por "cliente" el usuario del sitio que accede al sitio web de comercio electrónico y lo comprueba), indica el reconocimiento y la plena aceptación de estas condiciones de venta por parte del cliente. El contrato de venta entre nuestra empresa y el cliente se considera perfeccionado cuando aceptamos el pedido.

Método de compra

The customer can only purchase the products in the catalog at the time of the order and viewable online. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by our company by email, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. The message will include all data entered by the customer, all the information regarding the characteristics of the goods, the indication of the price, payment methods, the terms and delivery charges and the applicable taxes. The customer must report any necessary corrections. In case of non-acceptance, our company will ensure a timely notification to the customer.

Precios

Los productos se venderán a los precios indicados en la ficha de producto en línea en el momento de la confirmación del pedido por parte del cliente. Los gastos de envío se calcularán por separado, sin tener en cuenta el precio del producto.

Antes de que el cliente confirme el pedido haciendo clic en el botón correspondiente de la página web, aparecerá un resumen de todos los precios de los productos de la cesta de la compra, incluidos los impuestos y los gastos de envío. Bajo ninguna circunstancia Time Resistance será responsable, en términos contractuales o extracontractuales, de cualquier daño directo o indirecto, específico o general, que pueda producirse por el uso, la no utilización y/o por el funcionamiento o defecto/error de cualquier producto, información o contenido de Time Resistance incluido en el Sitio (y lo anterior con independencia de que Time Resistance tuviera o no conocimiento de la posibilidad de que tales daños pudieran producirse). Algunas de las limitaciones anteriores pueden no ser aplicables, ya que algunas jurisdicciones no permiten la exclusión o limitación de responsabilidad por daños directos o indirectos.

Documentos contables, derechos e impuestos

For all orders accepted and executed, our company will issue an invoice of the material that has been ordered and will send it via email to the customer.

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the moment of the order will be considered valid. Once it has been issued, no change in the tax document will be possible.

No responsibility can be attributed to our company in case of delay in the execution or the delivery of the order.If you order from our site for delivery outside the EU, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We guarantee there are no additional fees (import tax, customs duty or other) for clients from the USA, European Union or Australia.
