I ordered a jewellery box for my friend with her initials engraved on it. The day after placing my order, I received an email thanking me, along with a photo mock-up of how the finished product would look. This was incredibly helpful, as I had been torn between two fonts. Seeing the preview helped me confidently choose the other option, and I’m so glad I did.
The customer service was outstanding. Responses were quick, friendly, and professional. When the final product arrived, it was absolutely beautiful. My friend loved it, and even the packaging was stunning! I was able to gift it to her in the original box it came in.
