Like the bag, but am more impressed by the customer service.
I waited a long time before the Sophie crossbody bag was available in brown, but I'm glad I did. I wanted the bag for travel and it looks like it will be great for that purpose. What impressed me even more, though, was the customer service. I was required to pay duty and taxes before Fed Ex would deliver the bag even though the website assured me that wouldn't occur. I contacted Time Resistance and they immediately apologized and refunded me. The combination of good quality bags and great customer service will prompt me to order again.
