Yes, we offer laser engraving. We can engrave initials, symbols, shapes or longer text in various fonts (if it’s in the Microsoft Office package then it is doable).

How much will I have to pay in duties and taxes?
We guarantee that that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for customers from the USA, European Union or Australia.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Once you’ve filled out the “Returns form” on our website we will contact you and provide you with a return address:
Customers from the US are provided with a local return address in the US
Customers from the EU can choose between Lithuanian and British addresses
Customers from the rest of the world are provided with a Lithuanian return address.
You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the delivery date

How should I care for my bag?
We recommend adding a can of Time Resistance leather balsam to your order. Give the bag a good rub once every one or two months, depending on the frequency of use. It will moisturize the leather, keep it supple, add a healthy shine and waterproof it.
