Returns
We are doing our very best to make sure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase from our e-shop, but if any problem related to the order occurs, please let us know and we will solve it ASAP. After we receive the item back, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.
Purchases can be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Unused condition and have all of its parts and accessories.
- Postage is at buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Returning a damaged or defective product
In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. A fault is a defect in appearance or function. In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.
Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
Laser Engraving
We offer laser engraving services! We can engrave text, symbols, and images. Please add Personalization when placing an order for a leather product. Let us know the name/message, font style and preferred placement in the Additional Comments section. We will prepare a suggestion of placement/size and send it to you for approval.

Image for a logo should be provided as a good quality vector file (PNG. format) in a clear or white background.

This leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origins and does not contain substances prohibited by law. Tannin extracts are fundamental ingredient for the slow tanning process and the quality of its result. This artisan technique maintains the natural look of leather, rendering each skin one of a kind with a slightly different pattern.

I have just received a tanned, initialled, passport holder, which is a gift for my son. He, like me, prefers quality over quantity in all things, so I thought he might appreciate this. Beautiful leather bag with lots of pockets, places for papers, pens, and even a small easy -to-get-to section for business cards, whether it's your business cards or other ones you've received. The leather is, amazingly, as good as those used in some world-class brands. Soft, beautifully-tanned with a natural, slightly gross texture and grip (n smell!). My sweaty hands will be happy. My passport is slightly thicker than normal and impressively the leather and stitching can withstand the excessive stretching. Moreover, I love the boarding pass pocket which is very handy. Finally, the black embroidered letters is simply another a superb craftsmanship. Totally fulfilled my expectations!

Love this beautiful convertible backpack purse!! Fantastic, unique design! Always wanted one like this, where you don't have to attach or detach anything and now I have found it! Love the twist lock and drawstring style and the size of the bag is just right! Just wish there were more colours, like red and blue. There are some little flaws on the bag and the twist lock also has scratches on it because there was no convering/ plastic over it, which there should have been, but overall, not too concerned about these things. Excellent seller and purchase that I'm ecstatic about!
