Returning a damaged or defective product
In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. A fault is a defect in appearance or function. In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.
