All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
Delivery time to top 3 destinations:
USA – 1 to 5 business days
UK – 1 to 5 business days
Australia – 3 to 8 business days
To other countries:
1 – 8 business days.
Items will be shipped worldwide with tracking number system. We generally ship via UPS. We only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
N. B. Items in Business Gifts category that are under 60 EUR will be shipped via International Standard Post

3. What about taxes & duties?
We guarantee that that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for our customers from the US, European Union or Australia.
If you are located outside of these places, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS
We are doing our very best to make sure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase from our e-shop, but if any problem related to the order occurs, please let us know and we will solve it ASAP.
Buying online is tough – you can’t feel the item, hold it, touch it or try it on. So, if you receive an order and the product is too big or small or heavy or uncomfortable, contact our customer service office by email at info@timeresistance.com or fill in the "Returns form" here.
After we receive the item back, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.
You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the delivery date
· The item must be in its original box.
· It must be in unused condition and have all of its parts and accessories.
· Postage is at buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
Local returns
Once you’ve filled out the “Returns form” we will contact you and provide you with a return address.
Customers from the US are provided with a local return address in the US
Customers from the EU can choose between Lithuanian and British addresses
Customers from the rest of the world are provided with a Lithuanian return address
Returning a damaged or defective product
In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. A fault is a defect in appearance or function.
In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.
